🚨 Severity: CRITICAL 💡 Vulnerability: When running `autoFIPC` in a non-interactive environment, the function gets trapped in an infinite recursive loop due to `readline()` returning EOF/empty string. 🎯 Impact: This results in a Denial of Service through stack overflow and CPU consumption when used in automated jobs (like CI or scheduled models). 🔧 Fix: Added `if (!interactive()) return(1L)` to safely bypass prompts in non-interactive mode. Updated `.Rbuildignore` to ignore `.jules` directory. Added an automated end-to-end test using `mirt::Science` dataset to prevent regressions. ✅ Verification: Ran `R CMD build` and `R CMD check`, and achieved 100% test coverage target behavior by successfully running non-interactive automated tests without hanging.
